Onboarding Fee
There is a one-time setup fee of $250.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Pricing is based on the number of QuickBooks Online accounts your business uses:
- 1–3 accounts – $250/month
- 4–6 accounts – $500/month
- 7–9 accounts – $1,000/month
This includes regular categorization, reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
QuickBooks Cleanup Pricing
Cleanup projects are quoted case-by-case. To deliver a quote, I will conduct a paid diagnostic review (see below) of your Quickbooks Online account. This helps us diagnose the scope and price of the work needed to clean-up your Quickbooks Online account.
Paid Diagnostic Review Pricing
Before starting any cleanup or ongoing bookkeeping, a Diagnostic Review of your QuickBooks Online account is required. This helps me understand exactly what is going on in your books, so I can give you a fair and accurate quote.
I offer three simple pricing tiers based on how complex your books are:
These prices are based on a combination of factors such as:
- the age of your business
- annual revenue
- how many bank/credit card accounts your business is using
Tier 1: Basic Review – $200
For newer businesses or simple bookkeeping.
Tier 2: Standard Review – $400
For growing businesses with more activity or accounts.
Tier 3: Comprehensive Review – $800
For established businesses with complex or messy books.
